How to Cancel
- Log into your GenRankEngine dashboard
- Navigate to Account Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription

Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- ✓ You request it within 30 days of initial purchase.
- ✓ There were verified technical issues preventing service use.
- ✓ Billing errors occurred (e.g., double charges).
Early Bird Lock-in
If you signed up with our early bird discount, you're locked into that rate even if you cancel and reactivate within 90 days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Subscription fees for periods already consumed (after the first 30 days)
- Enterprise API credits that have been utilized

- Transaction ID (optional)
- Brief reason for request
Refunds take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.
